Emmanuel K. Adjin is a board certified & licensed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in New Jersey, New York & Vermont.

He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of
Geneseo, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Binghamton University and his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Psychiatric and Mental Health from New York University.
He has taught as a clinical instructor at Rory Meyers College of Nursing at New York University.​ He has served as a clinician/provider at New York University Langone Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.​
He has worked in psychiatry for over 11 years. He enjoys getting to know his clients and looks forward to working with you to overcome any challenges you may be facing.
Yasminda Downer-Muse
FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Yasminda Downer-Muse, DNP, is a board certified & licensed nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare.
She is a US Army Veteran who has worked in Behavioral Health Sciences at Yale New Haven Health Systems and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Her passion for mental health has motivated her to pursue further expertise in this field. She is committed to wellness and mental health promotion with a holistic approach and an evidence-based practice as the foundation for change.
Jhane F. Soriano
Certified Healthcare Virtual Assistant

​With over 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jhane brings professionalism, empathy, and efficiency to every interaction. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus in Area Studies, equipping her with a deep understanding of individual needs and cultural sensitivity.
Jhane is passionate about supporting both providers and patients with reliable, compassionate service. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail ensure a smooth experience for every client she assists.
